Happy Monday Peaceniks. Can you Cannes? Do you want to?
I am really not a fan of the town of Cannes. C’est Vegas avec beach. Yet I am here all week, for the Cannes Lion Festival of Ideas — with a merde-tonne of stuff to do. I’ll be sending dispatches all week from the south of France.
But I came to the beaches of Cannes hot — straight outta Denver, where we mounted the first-ever Media Universe Summit at StreamTV.
The whole Summit was a Rocky Mountain High! The pic above is from one of our incredible debates — the format broke the mold and all the debaters kicked some ass. I’ll release all the panels, debates, and firesides from the Summit in the newsletter soon.
