According to the McKinsey Institute, by the end of this decade, 14% of the American workforce will be forced to change their careers due to AI. For some this will mean that their jobs will be replaced or displaced, while many other careers will be adapted or drastically changed in order to incorporate AI into their workflow. What’s more, most of the rest of the 86% of American workers on that chart will also be affected in some way or another by AI - positively or negatively.
That’s why there’s a lot of hype and fear swirling about AI right now. And that’s why I made the AI primer above called Wake Up Stupid.
