Antenna, one of my favorite research resources, put out a bunch of data this morning, in their new report: The State of Subscriptions. It says a great deal about the current state of the streaming business.
The one point above is a stunner. In the last two years, the share of new SVOD subscribers who are Serial Churners - cancelling 3 or more services in the last 24 months - has doubled. Nearly one in three new SVOD subs are now considered Serial Churners.
