Happy Monday Peaceniks. Let’s get schooled!

Summer is officially here and 2H is rising fast on the horizon. With the Upfront, Cannes Lion, and half of 2025 in the rear-view, it’s time for the chaotic Media industry to take stock, see where we stand, and map out what’s next.

Coincidentally, in the last few weeks, tidal waves of data and headlines have hit the shores of the entertainment industrial complex. In today’s post, I’ll weave six storylines (and a dozen or so infographics) into a diagnosis of the current state of Media at midpoint 2025:
