The last few years have shown us in stark relief that life is too short to be complacent about our industry, or your place in it. If you are searching for the next part of your career, in the middle of the Media Apocalypse, you need to look not just for what’s next, but what’s best for you.
The later in career you make these transitions, I have found, the more important it is to start the journey by taking stock. You need to know what truly drives you, no matter the gig. You must be able to articulate your superpower, regardless of title.
